Standard Returns Policy
All our products are brand new and 100% genuine. We do not sell refurbished or used products. However there may be circumstances that may warrant a return.
Returns can be requested under the following scenarios :

- Accessories missing
- Transit Damage
- Product not working / Manufacturing Defect

Along with the unused product, please keep the original product packaging& all contents of the box intact. WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING WE SHALL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
Refund Process & Time
Refunds generally take anywhere between 3 – 10 working days to complete. In most cases, you shall get a refund through the payment mode you had used for your order. Else, it will be via a cheque payment. For all cash On Delivery orders, refund will be by cheque only.
You have to send us a couple of pictures of the damaged product. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we shall replace the product immediately. In all other cases, the brand’s warranty terms shall apply. UltraProlink Care shall assist you in registering your complaint with the brand. However, the final action & resolution shall be done by the brand.

No Claims will be entertained for defects occurring due to mishandling, physical damage of any kind of voltage fluctuations. It is advised to operate all electronic devices as per instructions given in the user manual. Plastics & Liquids are not covered under any sort of warranty.
