This means that once you have bought a product at our site, we take care of everything so you don't have worry about anything.

Each order we receive will be processed within 48 hours, and you will hear from us at every step of the way- i.e.- when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. And of course, any questions along the way just contact our Customer Support and we will resolve your problem right there.

We have partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners to assure that you receive your order on time and safely with full courtesy and attention.

Shipping v/s Delivery?

Shipping time is the time taken for us to “ship” out the product from our warehouse. Delivery time is the total time taken for you to receive your order.

In how much time do you ship the product?

We generally ship the product within 24 – 72 working hours. You get a notification with a docket number from us when your product is shipped. However, online shipment tracking is possible only after:

  1. hours for prepaid orders (Credit Card, Netbanking etc.) & 48 hours for Cash-on-Delivery orders

In how many days is the product delivered to me?

The maximum delivery time committed by us is 7 working days from the time you place an order. It is a rare occasion that delivery takes longer than 7 working days, however, if it does, the UltraProlink Care team shall definitely keep you updated.

 How is the product delivered to me?

We use multiple logistics partner to ensure timely delivery. In case of the partners' service not being available in your area, we may consider shipping via smaller but reputed courier services.

 How do I track my shipment?

Goto “My Account”, click on “My Orders”. Against each order, there will be the name of the logistics partner along with a docket number. Please visit the partner website to track your shipment.

 What should I do if I find the shipment has been opened or tampered with?

What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Product's availability
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to.

Order does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on the availability of reliable courier partners in your location

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Currently, we offer COD facility to limited destinations. Please feed in your pin code on check out to see if we offer COD to your address.

Availability of COD also depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.

International Shipping


As of now, 
UltraProlink doesn’t deliver to international destinations.You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
